Y’all know I swear by Mary Berry recipes so here’s the one I made yesterday using the recipe found here:
It’s a ‘no bake’ cheesecake, which differs from the marbled chocolate one I’ve made before (here) but is still super yummy. And rich. Very rich! Then again, there is double cream, mascarpone, white chocolate and vanilla flavouring in there so whatcha’ really expect?!
Karl’s verdict? It must be special because it got an ‘it’s good’ rather than the usual nod and ‘it’s alright’… He’s a man of few words but the empty plates send the true message! 😉
